Everyone is aware of whats going on in the UK and all the flights are so unpredictable. I was travelling from India to the UK. I have ticket confirmation and cancellation emails too. The sudden changes by government rules in the flights' cancellation is not the guest fault. It defiantly falls under COVID 19. But in your guidelines how can you said only cases before March 2020 are covid 19. My flight got cancelled by airlines because of change in govt rules for the 2 times and now neither the host is ready to reschedule nor giving the refund. #Airbnb is not ready to answer my questions on chat.
