AirBNB
Everyone is aware of whats going on in the UK and all the flights are so unpredictable. I was travelling from India to the UK. I have ticket confirmation and cancellation emails too. The sudden changes by government rules in the flights' cancellation is not the guest fault. It defiantly falls under COVID 19. But in your guidelines how can you said only cases before March 2020 are covid 19. My flight got cancelled by airlines because of change in govt rules for the 2 times and now neither the host is ready to reschedule nor giving the refund. #Airbnb is not ready to answer my questions on chat. Guys, please cooperate because once is covid is over we are your customer. YOu should understand our pain. HMJH92PNNF is my confirmation code and I need resolution. If you can help ASAP I will appreciate it and will be your loyal customer if not then I will have to find other ways. I have all the proofs of my flight cancellation by airlines. I need support.
