With due respect, it is to mention that I, Anoop Monga, have book my International Flight through your GOIBIBO App for Date 28 April 2020.
A total of two passengers are there Named MR. ANOOP MONGA & MRS. PARUL MAHAJAN MONGA.
The PNR number for the Flight was QU9HH8 and the Flight was from New Delhi-Zurich-Toronto-Calgary. The Airlines was Swiss Airlines.
Due to Spread of Covid-19 the flights were cancelled and i applied for refund. It is worth mentioning that t=i have contacted the Airlines and My agent Goibibo many times through tweeter, webforms of goibibo and Mail but Goibibo has been continuously behaving with recklessly. I have been following them through customer care number but still i have been given reason which are unacceptable. I am very much disappointed and Harassed. I am attaching my tickets as proof with this request
