Goibibo has been avoiding refunds for covid ticket cancellations. My father's international travel tickets have been refunded after a wait of more than 3 months in the form of gocash rather than crediting my account. For tickets worth 68000, gocash refund of 55000 has been given. I don't want to rebook tickets especially with Goibibo. They have negligent customer service. I can't even count how many time I have called and couldn't get through to talk to someone at Goibibo regarding my concerns.
Update as on 01/07: On my Facebook post on their page, Goibibo mentioned that they will look into a refund to the account but I have not heard from them after that.

Update as on 15/07/20: I have received a refund of 55864 for tickets worth 68864 in my bank account. Goibibo advised that 13000 deducted is the airlines cancellation charges which I am not happy with. Tickets cancellation was not initiated by me so why should I be charged.
