, i bought Mi4A 40 at 2019 Dec 22nd. In flipkart. I has complaint displaying vertical line on display i complained November 1 st week 2020 they dont take any action immediately so i raised complaints again and again becoz am nearly close to end of my Warranty period, atlast they are called me and told just wait 1 week your tv will be replace. Really am happy to hear this from your side i really thanks to Mi, Mi team replaced 19th Nov 2020.. And that replaceable Tv also have issue on turn on.. Some times automatically switched off now i cant On it.. So i raised complaint against your replaceable TV. Token no.. TV01637430
Mi engineer came for inspection he checked and said, board problem in replacement Tv..
How the board issue occurred 1 weak from arrived..
Sir after installation finished we just use 1week only , i complained again 24th from my side to mi team.. Mi cancelled my complains. After that i complained recently Jan 02 2021, and i accept warranty period closed but new replaceable tv just working 5 to 6 days only really this is Mi.. Mi replaceable for eyewashing just for formalities mi dont want customers satisfaction
how this problem occurred in new replaceable TV.. Seriously mi replaced new one or just formalities of replaceable one faulted one. Delivered faulty product under warranty replacement
