I ordered a mobile phone (Redmi note 8 pro of Rs 18999) through Flipkart on 10th August 2020. After a long waiting period it reached on 21st August. But the product was wrong (Redmi Note 7) and used one. Immediately I requested for Return and refund. But they didn’t accept and after a long discussions in many days, the agreed for replacement. They send it by courier after rescheduled many times, today the item is returned to original place without informing me. During these days I contacted them many times either by phone, or by email and through messenger, but always getting a recorded message that your problem will be resolved in 24 hours. Kindly request you to settle down this issue and to initiate the refund with compensation as I lost money, time, creates headaches etc. I ordered it or my son’s online study purposes. But now I am in a position that i cant buy a new one as i don’t know they will refund or replace. Thanking you
