Companies stakeholder are such worse person. I ever met such kind of owner and so-called “CEO” actually they damaging image of startup companies. They use abusive language toward their emp even for female emp. If you raise your voice against them they try to ruin your life and your family members also. All emp get scare from them. But i think this high time. They deducted 50% salary without emp consent
I request through this I want my money back better they return all deducted salary to all the emp. They did good business in Lockdown. They dont even have any proof that they took emp consent before reducing salary They are very dangerous ☹️☹️☹️

1 - Send a legal notice to your employer.
2 - File a complaint against your employer before the Labor Commissioner of the concerned jurisdiction where the company is located.
3 - In case of non-settlement, You will get a letter from the Labor Department, stating to file a case in the Labour department.
One more option is available which is to give legal notice to your employer company under section 8 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Because your salary is {Debt} for the company and it must be paid along with some interest for the delayed period.
