"I had very bad experience with goibibo i booked the flight from wellington to mumbai on 28th march 2020 but it automatically got canceled due to covid-19 pandemic..it has been 3 months now still i have no update on refund ,reschedule or credit shell..
I tried to chase them many time but they don't answer the call..their customer support system is pathetic..i am stranded here since 3 months without any income source..i came here for my internship..and could not go home..i have no money left to book another flight..
My name got short listed in evacuation flight under vande bharat mission by airindia but i could not book the ticket as the prices were 3 times more than the normal flights and i have no money left. PNR - BPCMAH AND UCHTP2"
