On Jan 30 2020 I booked one flight ticket from Calicut-Dubai(CCJ-DXB) and Dubai-Dublin(DXB-DUB) they issued DXB-DUB PNR number of Emirates flight but they don't issue CCJ-DXB PNR number of spicejet flight because of that when we go to check in counter the spicejet authoraties said that u can't check in here with out PNR number and at that time we tried to contact GOIBIBO customer care but they don't give proper replay from their side and the check in time has over so we went back to home,after this I tried many times to GOIBIBO for my amount refund and I beg them to make is solve some of their executives replied me on very bad behaviour after 3 months they will agree to pay back my fupp amount to my account after 2 week o got Rs.20972 on my account and balance is due of Rs 6732.for the balance amount I tried many times to them but I didn't get a proper response from them

Very bad experience with goibibo
It's over 7 months after this issue don't you have efficiency to solve this issue till now.its very bad customer service from your side.i am ready to compermise if there any mistakes from my aide.the responsibility of this issue is fully yours I will wait for next 14 days more if I didn't get the balance amount I will file a suit against the company in consumer court bcz I'm not ready lose that amount
