I have cancelled my tickets from the Airlines (Indigo) and they have refunded the amount to the agency (Goibibo). Now Goibibo is not responding. I've mailed to travel@goibibo.com but they are saying that the email does not work. No one is picking up the call. They are not even showing my tickets in their app or site mentioning I dont have any bookings with them. I have booked 5 tickets and I am trying to reach them from past 2 months. No accountability whatsoever and no customer support from them. Please look into the matter.
