I had a booking in the name of Mr.Mahesh Prasad Sinha and Mrs. Veena for a travel date 30 March 2020(Bangalore-Patna) from Spicejet. Due to lockdown, airline operations was suspended and we were provided with a credit shell voucher. Now, today when I am trying to book a new ticket for the same passenger from Hyderabad to Patna dated 28 Jan using credit shell balance through Goibibo. While navigating to the payment section, I am getting a 'Traveller submission failed ' error even though traveler details are the same. Please help me in utilizing this credit shell balance for a new booking.

Step 1: Go to https://www.goibibo.com/ and login to your account with the same email id used at the time of original booking.
Step 2: Then Go to “My Trips” section and select your impacted booking.
Step 3: You will get the unutilized amount in your credit shell with the steps to make a new booking.
Points to remember - Traveller details for the new booking must match the original, canceled booking.
You will have to make a new booking for additional passengers.
