Sir,My name is Dr Asif Shamsudeen, from kerala. I ordered a JBL headphone over flipkart on 3rd september, and they delivered the product on 7th september. It was a damaged product, i reported that and they arranged me a replacement. So, by september 14 i got my replacement product. But, it was also a damaged product, its wire was broken upon arrival. The seal of the product's box was already tampered. And there were a lot of female hair, lizard's excreta in side the box. So i immediately contacted flipkart, and they told me that by 21 september, they will pickup the product and refund my money. I expected that. But now, i got a message that they cant accept my return and they cant refund my money or replace the product. I dont know what to do. Please help me.
