I purchased Kids tricycle on 15th and returned next day as received. Flipkart customer care is completely useless. They just bluffed me by saying that seller has already initiated refund by giving me reference number 20091514215765871 so contact your bank. When i contacted bank then bank says that no any reference exist in bank for payment 1899/-. I provided bank account snap shot to Flipkart but still nothing happened. FLIPKART doesn't address customer issue and just stealing money of many customers in this way. So many customers after frustration & no fruitful response from FLIPKART, just leave their little money due to time wasting & lengthy Indian Law and FLIPKART take advantage & gobble money in this way from so many customers. I am attaching screen shots of bank account & FLLIPKART response but they are continuously doing this way and no resolution happened.
