I bought a dell laptop value Rs. 42000 Flipkart. Order number - OD118787880915427000 They delivered but not on time. When I received it, it was not in good condition. The mouse was not working. I complain about this problem but they did not resolve the issue. They are taking so long because of which my money and my work are hampering and my job is at risk. I don't have money to buy a new laptop. If I will become jobless who will be responsible for that? I want to take serious action against Flipkart for such an issue. Please help
