This is to inform you that i placed an order of Samsung Galaxy F41 (Fusion Black, 128 GB) with order number- OD120797512315263000 on date 20-Jan-2021 and expected delivery for the same was till 23-Jan-2021.
I didn't get any update for the order till 22-Jan-2021 so i contacted to Flipkart customer care and your agent informed me that we did not get a proper update from the logistics team and suggested me to wait for given time (23-01-2021) and assured me that same will be delivered as per the given timeline..
I again contacted today with one of your customer care agent and he again confirmed and assured me that I'll get the product as per the given timeline and suggested me to wait till evening 7 pm but didn't get any satisfactory information. Order not delivered or not shipped
On 23rd Jan the delivery date has been extended from 23-Jan-2021 to 27-Jan-2021.
Now I received an SMS that the delivery of that product is delayed and it will be till 31-Jan-2021.
I want to know that how much time it will take to deliver a simple product.
I'm still unable to trace the exact status of my product that has been shipped or not.
Customer service of flipkart is unable to help me and they are simply saying that your complaint has been lodged and you will receive the product soon again and again.
Kindly check as I'm waiting for my product. I
