I ordered a sofa from Flipkart through their registered seller on January 2, 2022. The product was set to be delivered on January 18, 2022. However, the product was not shipped till date as evident from their order status page. When confronted before the due date on the order not being shipped, Flipkart assured that the order has indeed been shipped and will be delivered on January 18, 2022, by 7 pm. When the product did not arrive, I confronted them again but they are not providing any response regarding the delay. Customer care executives are simply playing around with the same answer that they are looking into it. When I asked for a cancelation, they say that I am not eligible for cancellation. Now I do not have the product and the money that I paid for the product. The amount involved is Rs.21849/- Order ID is OD123798999902828000. Product not delivered and not refunding the money
