Order No's 1. OD118173276912527000 2. OD118165202937702000 I have purchased two mobiles in Flipkart on 21st and 22nd of March,2020 by making prior payment. Its been 80 days sine I have ordered and the products were shipped from Kolkata to Bangalore and reached Bangalore on May 10,2020. However, there was no movement of said products since past 30 days. They are explaining that my nearest Hub was not operational which is false as I have visited Hub personally and it is open and fully operational. Moreover, Amazon is delivering the products to my location(Anantapur) within 3 to 4 days. Since, last week Flipkart Customer care executives are calling me and asking me to cancel the order inspite of me telling again and again that I Won't cancel the order. The prices of both mobiles were increased by Rs. 3000 to 5000 each. Hence, they are delaying the delivery and are irritating me over phone calls to cancel the orders. I have visited Bangalore thrice during last 1 month and requested them to provide Flipkart Mother Hub Bangalore address so that I can visit and requested then to give me physical delivery of the same for which they denied . I have also asked them to change my shipping address in Bangalore to which they can conveniently deliver but they have rejected that option too. I have serious concerns on their intentions to fulfill delivery of my orders.
