I am a FLIPKART PLUS CUSTOMER (they claim to give fast and free delivery to these customers),but these are all myths they neither share any information to contact ekart nor they contact them about the delay in delivery.
Like the attached photo I had ordered a mobile phone on 28th October , they promised to deliver by 2nd November (max) but they cant get into it then also while contacting customer care they don't help ,they have only say it will come .
I have only request to Flipkart if you are not capable of delivering fast don't claim because it harasses customer ,like me many are waiting to get the order sooner because we all trust you to get fastest and reasonable price delivery without going out, if you all start doing like this will make difficult for us to order anything again from your shopping platform.
