I ordered a laptop from Flipkart on 5th June 2020 which I received on 9th June 2020. The product was defective. I have the video recording of it from unpacking to the laptop not turning on. I tried to create a return/replacement request from their website and app. I got some error due to which I was not able to create the request. So I called up Flipkart customer care guys on 9th June 2020 itself. And asked them to raise a replacement/return request on my behalf, even the customer care representatives were not able to place/create a return/replacement request so they raised an issue/complain on my behalf. Complain Id :IN2006091719466631862 On 10th June I tweeted about the same problem to Flipkart and they raised another issue on my behalf. I have the complaint id of both the complaints. Complain Id : IN2006092255354491986 The resolution date that was given to me was 13th June 2020. They were not able to resolve the issue by 13th June 2020. So they extended the resolution date to 14th June 2020. Which again they failed to resolve the issue. After 10th June 2020, there has been no update from their side on my issue. It is me who has been calling them for the last 12 days (and counting) every day. I have the call recordings of all the time I called them. I have been tweeting to them for an update but I just get an assurance that someone will reach out to me with an update but that never happens. This has been a frustrating experience. This is mental harassment and torture from their side. There has been no help from Flipkart's side on this issue. I have every possible proof to prove that the product delivered was defective. Now according to their replacement policy i.e. of 6 days. My replacement/return period is over and I am not seeing the return option on their website or app. And their is not positive response from the Flipkart.
