Makemytrip is the travel agent through which i booked a return trip in Apr of last year. The trip got cancelled, and the airline has since refunded that money, but, makemytrip has not returned that money to me for more than a month. There is no way to get to them on the telephone, and all ways of trying to contact them, be it chat, or WhatsApp or sms or email all result in them sending us back to the website.
They owe me more than 40,000 rupees and Indigo has provided the refund back to them more than a month back.
