We booked our tickets via Malaysian airlines from Goibibo in April, because of covid we had cancelled our tickets in March, at that time Goibibo assured us that we will be refunded the full amount in 60days maximum.. It has been 3 months already following up. Now they refused to refund the amount now. PNR MG6OFK
