I booked my mother's Dubai ticket in Emirates using Goibibo.com . The flight to Dubai in the month of March got cancelled due to COVID. As it is a non-refundable ticket , I got it rescheduled it to September 7th , 2020. I m trying to reschedule it agaon now as situations are still not great and she is travelling alone. My Goibibo app is not updated with the new flight details(rescheduled). How can I reschedule on the app to another date when I can see the old booking with the status "covid cancellation"? A customer care from goibibo helped me that time rescheduling my flight and I paid Rs.1000 when I booked for Sep.. i got a confirmed ticket in my mail . Now goibibo isn't answering my calls to help me reschedule. Goibibo is taking things lightly.
Emirates clearly communicated to me that my flight is confirmed on September 7th but International flights aren't flying now from Chennai . They asked me to get in touch with goibibo .

I have contacted and dropped my query under covid section. I have updated goibibo via mail that Emirates has mentioned that my ticket is eligible for travel voucher or refund. I have communicated the same to goibibo..but i haven't received any comment. I have less than a month to travel and my ticket is not been given a travel voucher.
This ticket is ekigible for free reschedule as well but due to unforseen circumstances, I want to avail travel voucher which is a very good option .kindly help
