I order Samsung galaxy s20 plus on 3rd nov. and it got delivered on 6th nov. but when i open the box and saw the phone was dead and damaged too. There back cover was slightly bumped and got detached from the body at the side edges. Immediately i called Samsung support and informed them the same. They raised a ticked and asked me to share the photos. I shared the photos. Then they ask me to wait for the resolution. I waited like 12 days calling them every day but no response from their side. Then on 18th nov i got a mail with a different ticket number and they ask the same photos again. I send them the photos. And same waiting for another week and after that i got a mail saying i have to visit the service centre and submit the phone and get a DOA from them. But since its been more than 14 days they ll not give me the DOA. I called the support and informed them the same. But still no reply from them.
