I was booking train ticket through goibigo website on 20 Nov 20, before my booking get confirm IRCTC through goibigo website, goibigo deducted my amount 16446 from credit card. My ticket not confirmed but amount got deducted. There is no proper customer care to connect my call to goibigo and there computerise customer care chat could not answering my query of refund. It been a week iam trying to contact customer care and email all get bounce back.
