I ordered 2 packs of masks on 31-05-2020 but only one pack got delivered on 05-06-2020, and they updated as both got delivered. I raised complaint immediately on the same day , they asked to send identity proof by mail, I forwarded my pan card copy on 08-06-2020, after that , without any proper reason , they rejected my complaint and updated as issue resolved. I again raised complaint on 10-06-2020, that again asked my Identity proof on 11-06-2020 , I forwarded my pan card copy again. They asked me to forward any other proof on 14-06-2020 , I forwarded my aadhar copy. Before sending mail itself they rejected my complaint.
Note: delivery of the product was inside the bank premises, I opened the cover in bank premises only, so every thing recorded in CCTV. I received only one pack.
