i bought a watch from flipcart 4th feb 2019 and i didnt open that after some time we have lockdown and that time watch will not working properly now flipcart says call fossil service centre i called them they told me we will service but issue not seem in watch b coz 6 hr battery backup will provide and flipcart says up to 24 hrs and my watch will working only 4 hrs flipcart was not responding me properly
