I had booked a ticket for my family during lockdown time and in September as per Supreme court guideline, I got intimation from the airline (indigo) that they have refunded Rs 14k to the agent goibibo. Till today (30th November) goibibo have not refunded the amount to me. They do not have any office, customer care number or any thing to contact. They continue cheating customers even now by offering bulk discounts.
