i had booked a return flight ticket from Mumbai to Rochester NY in feb 2020 0n goibibo .travel date was 19 may 2020.the flight was canceled due to covid crisis. the ticket was a refundable ticket.i was given an open ticket option by goibibo. now for the past 25 days i am trying to rebook a flight using my shell money but executives are not cooperating.i am going through a lot of mental harassment due to this.i had sent a complaint mail with the assurance that it will be responded to in the next 24 hrs but no reply from customersupport@goibibo.com. i have no option but to now go through legal hassles to get my dues and rights.I have heard of this website from a friend. hope things are resolved amicably.booking id PNR-N67UAP
