I ordered this entertainment unit on 5th of October 2020. And the product delivery date was of 29th October. As it is a heavy item. I was okay with it. But From 1st of November when I started requesting call backs from Flipkart they are delaying the date. First they said the issue will be resolved by 3rd of November. Then the date extended to 8th of November then 12th following 13th of November and then they said the concerning team will look into the matter and my issue will be raised and the product will be delivered on or off 18th of November. Today is 18th of November and they delaying my order to 23rd of November. I paid Via Online. They are saying they are unable to cancel my order. I am unable to cancel my order.
