I am Raising this Complaint because Flipkart/Ekart Logistics have not delievered Product on the Specified Date. I Have ordered iPhone 14 from Flipkart Platform on 8th October 2023, The Expected Delivery date was 11th October but they Did not deliver on that day. They Changed the Delivery date to 12th October. Today the Date is 16th October still the Product has not been Delivered. I Requested Flipkart Customer care to update the status of my product and why it has been delayed?
Customer care people said they are going to Resolve the Issue by 16th October 2023 but they extended the resolution time for 3 more days.They are saying now they will resolve the issue by 19th October.
Still today, i.e on 16th October 2023 In Flipkart Orders section It is showing that delivery expected by 12th October(I have atttached the delivery date updated by flipkart in the below attachment). I need FLipkart/Ekart Logistics to compensate my loss to whom ever it may concerned. I've attached the Flipkart Order ID and Shipment ID below for Reference.
