I ordered a realme 7 pro from flipkart on 24th October and it was to arrive on 31st. It got delayed and I was told it would be delivered at 6th November. This is the second time the product has been delayed and now I have ben told it will arrive on 11th November. It has been over 2 weeks now and I still haven't received the product. Now if the price of the phone decreases flipkart is still charging me the same prices at which I ordered the phone which should be unfair since the price change is due to outdating of the phone and delay of delivery caused due to Flipkart. I have been getting in touch with the customer care but all I am told is wait for the product as the product has reached my area since 1 week but yet not delivered. Also they are not ready to provide any details about the logistics and neither any action is being taken about this. This is very frustrating as I ordered a phone for the first time from flipkart and they are just not ready to deliver it. I could have rather purchased it immediately from the retail shops instead of wasting 2 weeks of my time.
