I had purchased the product on 8th August and it was delivered on 17th August. The received item was defective so requested replacement which was accepted after technician visit in 21st August. And it was to be picked by 31st. After series of complaint and calls it was picked on 25th September. Even as of today I have not received the replacement. I received the call from the Flipkart team 3 days back i.e 5th October that the product will be delivered within 3 days. The 3 days have lapsed and even then the product is not delivered.

Today dated 9th October I received call from the Flipkart team asking to Cancel the replacement and place a fresh order, the amount to be refunded. The reason given was that there was no MRP tag. To sum it up the unboxing was done by the lg technician only and there was no tag( I guess these people don't understand that refrigerator doesn't has tag but bills and manuals). If at all I cancel the replacement the fresh product will not only cost more and on top of that won't be available for delivery at my location. This is a clear case of fraud and cheating by Flipkart to come out of legal formality.
Consumer Forum. Please see to it. I have attached the latest product MRP over app and non delivery to my location.
So if I cancel the order I won't be able to place a fresh order for sure. Nice game flipkart. Won't work with me
