Dear sir/madam, I booked a flight through Goibibo www.goibibo.com/. My flight was supposed to take off from BOM-ATQ on 6th of april 2020 Unfortunately due to COVID 19 pandemic, the flight has been cancelled. When I tried to contact Goibibo through their Customer Service, it was not possible. I tried multiple times for many months, but the line did not go through I also tried to email them to their email address but there was no reply. I tried to contact Indigo, the airline from which the ticket was booked through Goibibo, they said the refund has been provided already to Goibibo. I still did not get any response from them or I cannot contact them. I would kindly request you to please provide me help and support to get my refund.
