I have ordered a product Order ID - OD119000485441718000 in Flipkart on 26th June 2020 (Happy GiftMart Bajaj Auto Rickshaw) with an expected delivery date of 06th July 2020. Right now the product has not shipped yet (expected to ship by 28th June 2020). I have raised a concern on the date when the product should have shipped but there was no response from your end. I was told that my query will be resolved by 07th July. On July 7th I did not receive any update from your team and so I raised a complaint again on the same day. I got a call on 8th July and was told the product will be delivered guaranteed on July 12th 2020.
This is totally upsetting to me by providing fake promises. I do understand there are problems with COVID19. But we order three product for some special reasons/occasions.. When this kind of fault happens, we couldn't accept it. I raised a query on the day it has to be shipped, your team could have told there is problem on the shipment so that I would have cancelled three product and tried offline. But you have made me to wait and finally I am yet to receive that product for me dear one.
How I'll be able to make order next time when this kind of response you people show to customers?
What is the status of me product and the money that I have been locked in your account for near 20 days?
I am totally dissatisfied with this product and Flipkart.
I am expecting a true response and reason why this product has not shipped and when it be delivered (or not).
