I ordered a mobile from flipkart on 21-12-2019 (order Id OD117378089500985000). Since I trusted flipkart for all its service I bought the Complete mobile protection plan as well along with it.
So now my mobile was damaged and I applied for a claim, and my mobile was picked up. According to the terms and conditions the mobile is to be repaired back within 15 days (https://www.flipkart.com/pages/complete-mobile-protection-tnc) .
It's almost a month now and I havent got my mobile repaired yet, everytime I call Jeeves Customer care, I get the same response - "Your mobile is repaired please wait for 5 business days". This has happened 4-5 times, and everytime I have been asked to wait 5 business days.Its over a month now. Even today I called them and got the same reply to wait for 5 more days.
I asked the customer support and I said - "If this is the kind of service you provide,what other option would the customer have and not go to consumer forum", on which the representative said "Fine go to consumer forum". ( I have a call recorded as well).
