I have ordered the the "Flipkart Perfect Homes Studio XXXL Classic Teardrop Bean Bag With Bean Filling (Tan, Brown)" on 23rd June. Still, up to now the product was not delivered, Sorry not Shipped also. The delivery date is 17th July. It was also crossed and Today date is 19th July. You have an issue in delivery then cancel my order and provide me with the refund. I am contacting to your Helpline since one week through - Chats, Mails and Request Calls. but no one responding. They are telling you are not eligible for cancellation and refund. I have waited nearly one month Today date is 19th July and the order date is 23rd June. If you cancel the product then I will order in amazon or some other sites. I am the Flipkart Plus Member also. But also no one responding.
Note: Recently I am Requesting calls - They are calling me and keeping the call on Hold and cancelling the call directly. I am not getting reverting SMS or Mails also still up to now regarding mine order. I am an active buyer in Flipkart. After this product, I have ordered 4 Products 3 are delivered also.
