Please note that I bought a lenovo laptop Sr No PF21B6J3 on 22nd May 2020. On 13th june when I opened it up to my dismay I saw that the screen is broken. There has been no external damage as was shown to the local lenovo service centre. Yet these people want me to pay for the replacement which is unfair and unjustified. Pls intervene and let me have a free replacement of this screen
