Train was cancelled due to covid- 19 .
I have received mgs from goibibo that the amount was initiated. But I have not received my money .
I call my bank that tell me : the merchant had not credit money only initiate .
I am unable to call goibibo customer no.
I have paid through UPI payment.
Kindly refund my money as soon as possible
