We are the victim of ACT negligence, Its has been 3 days internet DOWN and we are dependent on internet due to the situation.
They do not not what the problem is and they dont mind to solve the same. When called to customer care, they will give some framed sentence and get rid of the customer who on call with them.
Maybe the ACT now a days doesn't want to give solution to customer but instead torture customer, you can see the same on Twitter or any of the social platforms how they are making their customer to suffer.
Being a Reputed company, their behavior now a days is like new sense , I need strict action against them as per the customer service and else people will continue to suffer by these BIG BIG BIG companies.
Not able to solve a normal junction box/fibre cut in span of three days shows how negligent they are with respect to customers.
