Goibibo has not refunded my money of Rs 3817 which they already received from Singapore Airlines on 30th on 30th Sept as SA processed it in 2nf week of Sept itself.
I have tried to reach out to them through email mydesk-service@goibibo.com and Twitter handle every time they are saying they will update the status after checking and after this no reply.
