I had two tickets booked, with same name. PNR: M3RURY. I requested for cancellation for one ticket with full refund, as same passenger cannot book two tickets by same name on same flight.
Reaching their customer support takes more than an hour, and after that they say since you din't cancel within two hours of the duplicate ticket booking full refund cannot be granted. I Don't undertand how same passenger can travel with two different tickets on same flight. Also, isn't this a security breach as-well?
Needs to be investigated very SERIOUSLY. GoAir is frauding people's hard earned money without smallest guilt.
