Hi,
I paid via cash for a single ride on 21st Nov 2020. Still, the app is saying that payment is pending basically they want to charge twice for a single ride. Due to this, I am unable to book another ride till the time I clear dues. I sent an email to them and it's been more than one month I have not got any proper resolution. I called them ones, emailed them at least 5-6 times. My latest email sent was a week ago and I did not get any response yet. Ola Cabs
