Goibibo as i told you shared all the mails(the conversation happened between me and the airline) they clearly told me ya we do have refund policy but you people(goibibo) were refusing and saying a different story when i directly spoke to the airline they shared their policies to me which i shared it to you. Later you people asked me to wait for a time frame 'WHICH WAS 21-45 DAYS' that was over long back and said our customer representative will call you back but no call after that. Do you know i got a mail from the airline next day of mail and you people are dragging since june. I need to know what and when you people raised the issue and what and all conversations are happened till date between you and the airline. What you people are doing after i raised a request to you. I need all my question's to be answered by you. And when will i get my money transferred to my account
