I have booked round trip tickets from Delhi to Mumbai in the month of March 2020 through the Goibibo app, but because of flight cancelation, the booking had been canceled by goibibo and Spicejet.
now when am trying to use the credit shell on goibibo web page it is not showing the previous booking reference where I can select and do the needful.
there is no customer care number or email provided on the whole webpage. once you click the 24X7 support link it will take you to the goibibo My trip page and again it is not showing my previous booking details so that i can select and redeem my credit shell.
my hard-earned money 23K has been struck because of Goibibo's cleverness, they are not reachable and it is really harassing at this tough time. please help me because Credit Shell option not showing for booking

1 - A credit shell is a credit note that can be used for a future booking or a credit note created against a canceled PNR to be used for a future booking.
2 - Name and count should remain as in the original booking.
3 - The validity of the credit shell is one year only.
Now steps to login and book tickets on goibibo website.
Step 1: Go to https://www.goibibo.com/ and login to your account.
Step 2: Go to the “My Trips” section on the website and select your impacted booking.
Step 3: You will see the unutilized amount in your credit shell and with the help of these steps you can do the new booking.
Please use the same credentials that were used at the time of original booking,
IndiGo and SpiceJet validity.

SpiceJet: Upto 28th February 2021
