I had booked Shimla - Manali trip on 18th Feb 2020 through makemytrip website paying INR 52996 for travel from 22nd March to 27th March.Details attached for reference. I was not getting any update from any source of makemytrip till 21st March 8 pm on my travel. After many follow-ups on various platforms now makemytrip has agreed to give refund but still charging INR 22996 penalty. As my travel got cancelled due to lockdown me paying penalty is not valid hence requesting for your support in getting full refund into my original mode of payment. They are deducting amount.
